Refund Policy

1. Digital Products – All Sales Final

Ultra Biohacks sells digital products such as ebooks, PDFs, guides, and other downloadable materials. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable once the purchase is completed.

When you complete your purchase, you gain immediate access to the digital content and cannot “return” it in the same way as a physical product. For this reason, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any digital product, except where required by applicable law.

2. No Cooling-Off Period for Instant Digital Access

By purchasing a digital product from Ultra Biohacks, you acknowledge that:

• You receive instant access to the content after payment.

• You waive any statutory cooling-off or withdrawal period that might otherwise apply to digital content, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If your local laws require a minimum withdrawal right for digital content, those rights will apply only to the extent required by law and subject to the conditions set by that law.

3. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally make a duplicate purchase of the same digital product (for example, due to a technical issue), contact us within 7 days of the duplicate transaction. At our discretion, we may:

• Issue a refund for the duplicate order; or

• Offer a credit for another digital product of equal value.

To review a duplicate purchase, we may ask you to provide order numbers, dates, and email addresses used at checkout.​

4. Technical Issues and Download Problems

While we do not offer refunds for technical issues that can be resolved, we are committed to ensuring you receive the product you purchased. If you:

• Do not receive your download link;

• Have trouble accessing or opening the files; or

• Experience corrupted or incomplete downloads,

please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will assist you in:

• Re-sending the download link;

• Providing an alternate download method; or

• Supplying the file in another compatible format where possible.

Technical support does not include customization of the content itself (e.g., editing or tailoring the ebook specifically for you).

5. Unauthorized Use, Sharing, or Chargebacks

Unauthorized sharing, distributing, or reselling of our digital products is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid digital purchase that was delivered, we reserve the right to:

• Revoke access to all current and future products; and

• Provide evidence of delivery and your agreement to this policy to the payment processor.​
